Make sure your leave policies recognize the needs of foster and adoptive parents.
Provide internships or employment opportunities for youth in foster care.
Adopt a local agency that serves children who have been abused.

Less than 15% of our budget goes to cover administrative costs. The remainder goes almost entirely to direct service costs.
